At Wynyard Coin Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury apparel; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all original packaging, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received, our quality control team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
